Dr. Joseph D. Askins,
Jr - Chancellor WLI
Northeast Joseph Askins is Chancellor of WLI Northeast
and President and CO-founder (along with his wife Avonne) of Living Faith Ministries, The
Equipping Center, and WLI
Northeast. He ministers nationally and
internationally equipping leadership and the body of Christ to
see transformation come to lives, regions and
nations.
Joseph attended the Nazarene Bible College in Colorado
Spirngs, CO and has a Masters and Doctorate Diploma from Wagner
Leadership Institute. Joseph along with his wife Avonne also serve as the United States Global Apostolic Prayer
Network (USGAPN) Apostolic State Coordinators for New
York, a ministry of Global Harvest Ministries. Joseph is a member of the International Coalition of
Apostles,
"Eagles of
God" International Apostolic Intercessory prayer team under the
direction of Dr. Chuck Pierce. Joseph
resides with his wife Avonne (Vonnie) in Webster, New York.
Joseph and his wife attend Morningstar Christian Fellowship in

Rev. Robert (Rob)
DeMatteis- Dean WLI
Northeast Rev. Rob
DeMatteis is Dean of WLI Northeast. He has
experience both in higher education as a professor and in ministry
as a pastror. Rob and his wife Barbara (barb) Co- Pastor Gates
of Zion Fellowship in Irondiquoit, NY.. Rob has received
his Masters diploma from Wagner Leadership Institute and is
currently enrolled in the Doctorate program of WLI Northeast.
Rev. Avonne (Vonnie)
Askins - Registrar WLI
Northeast Vonnie
Askins is registrar of WLI Northeast and Co-founder (along with her
husband Joseph) of Living Faith Ministries, Inc,. She
Attended Houghton College and is an ordained minister.
She also serves with her husband Joseph as the
United States Global Apostolic Prayer
Network (USGAPN) Apostolic State Coordinators for New York, a ministry
of Global Harvest
Ministries.
Vonnie and her husband Joseph reside in Webster, NY and attend
Morningstar Christian Fellowship in Greece,
NY.
Rev. Al
Hauck Al Hauck ministers
under prophetic and teaching mantles at churches and conferences
nationally and internationally, teaching extensively on Spiritual
Warfare from the perspective of the believer’s authority in our
Father’s Perfect Love, Walking in Power and Authority, and
Worship. He has a varied and accomplished
background, receiving a degree in Chemistry from Hartwick College and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry
from Texas A&M University, and authoring or
co-authoring multiple publications. He is an ordained
minister and serves as the Rochester New York United States
Strategic Prayer Network (U.S.SPN) city coordinator. Al founded Friend of God
Ministries, working with individuals, churches, regions, and nations
to see them equipped and released to fulfill their call and destiny
in Christ. He and his
wife Kacey live in Spencerport, NY. They have three
children.
Rev. Rick Heeren Rick is one of this generation’s pioneers in
the concept of bringing prayer and intercession into businesses. He
provides testimonies about these experiences in his book, Thank
God It’s Monday! He is a seasoned implementer and practitioner
of the principles of prayer evangelism. He is a regular faculty
member for Harvest
Evangelism conferences around
the world, including the renowned annual International Conference
on Marketplace Transformation and Nation Reaching in
Argentina.His teaching combines extensive knowledge of the Word of
God, the anointing of the Holy Spirit and 25 years of business
experience. Rick is a member of the
International Coalition of
Apostles and also is the Minnesota Coordinator for
the U.S. Strategic Prayer Network, and in that position, he leads a
statewide network of intercessors. Rick and his wife, Rachel, live
in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Rev. Willie
Jock Willie Jock
is senior pastor and co-founder along with his wife Sandi, of New
Life Chirstian Church located on the Mohawk territory of Akwesasne
in Northern New York and Canada. Willie is a member of the Mohawk
Nation of the Six Nations Iroquois Confederacy and has a heart to
see life giving churches planted on all Iroquois member
territiories. Willie and Sandi are part of a First Nations
Strategic Warfare team endeavoring to link up with the church at
large to accomplish this task.. Willie and Sandy also serve as
the U.S.SPN 1st Nations apostolic coordintaors for New York.
Willie and Sandi live at Akwesane, Mohawk
Territory.
Dr. Chuck
Pierce Chuck Pierce ministers with a prophetic
anointing to help individuals, churches, businesses and other
mission organizations understand how they can move in intercession,
spiritual warfare and revival, and establish the vision of God in
their areas. He has a degree in Business from Texas A&M,
Master's work in Cognitive Systems from the University of North
Texas and a Doctorate of Practical Ministry from the Wagner Leadership Institute. He has CO-authored many books along with Becky
Wagner Sytsema. Chuck presently serves as Vice-President of
Global
Harvest Ministries in Colorado
Springs, Colorado and President
of Glory of Zion International
Ministries in Denton, Texas, Chuck is
a member of the International Coalition of Apostles.
He and his wife Pam, live in Denton, TX. They have five
children.
Dr. Dutch Sheets Dutch Sheets is President of Dutch Sheets
Ministries and the Senior Pastor of
Springs Harvest Fellowship in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He has served on the
faculty of Christ for the Nations Institute, and is currently an instructor for Christian Life
School of Theology. He serves as an advisor on the National Board of
Aglow International, is a guest lecturer at Fuller Theological
Seminary, is a member of the International Coalition of Apostles,
and is an author with Regal Books. He travels extensively throughout
the United States, Canada, Central America, Africa and much of
Europe teaching and ministering to the Body of Christ. He,his wife,
Ceci and their daughters, Sarah and Hannah, make their home in
Colorado Springs.
Dr. C. Peter
Wagner Peter
Wagner is the President of Global Harvest Ministries and
Chancellor of the Wagner Leadership
Institute and is the
presiding apostle of the International Coalition of Apostles.
Established in 1998, the Institute equips men and women for
leadership positions in churches and translocal ministries. It
is designed especially, but not exclusively, to meet the needs of
leaders who have become a part of the New Apostolic reformation.
Missions have been a watermark of Peter's career. From 1956 to 1971,
he and his wife Doris served as missionaries in Bolivia under the
South American Mission and Andes Evangelical Mission (now SIM
International).
Dr. Barbara
Wentroble Barbara Wentroble is the
President and founder of International Breakthrough
Ministries. She is a
member of the International Coalition of Apostles,
Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders and has authored several
books, Prophetic Intercession, You Are
Anointed, God’s Purpose
for Your Life, Praying
with Authority and Rise to Your Destiny (Regal Books) and A People of Destiny (Wagner
Publications). She is
also a contributing author of Women’s Destiny Bible
(Thomas Nelson). Barbara is a registered nurse, has a BA from
Christian Life School of Theology and a Doctor of Practical Ministry
from Wagner Leadership Institute.
Other teaching faculty have included Rev. Tom and Jane Hamon,
Dr. Larry Kreider, Apostle Benjamin Mwima and Dr. Che
Ahn.
